• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities described in Section 5.3.
• The player has initiated an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute as described in Section 4.4.
• The player is identified as being under 18 years of age.

• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case cb678 may close the account and apply an inactivity fee as notified to the player at the time of account opening or as communicated in subsequent account communications.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
